Characteristics |
|
- The distinguishing feature of GFR3002 is totally halogen and phosphorus free, while it conforms to the stricter environmental protection standards.
- Compared to the GFRGS series, GFR3002 shows better electric appliance as they have the similar fire protection effect.
- The required dosage depends on different type of TPU material. Generally, small dosage of GFR3002 (around 18%~25%) can sufficiently achieve VW-1 and V0 requirement while most physical properties of the plastic materials can be well preserved.
- The unique nanometer inserting dispersion technology (nano-inserted dispersion tech) demonstrates the astonishing dispersion effect as transparent TPU materials can keep their original transparency after processing.
- Excellent dispersion and compatibility with TPU materials.
- Easily processed to make high concentration TPU master batch which can be widely used in different needs of further processing.
- Non-separate out, migration, blooming, and good water resistance features.
- Anti-drop halogen additives free, like PTFE.

Suggestion |
|
- We suggest GFR3002 is used alone as the flame retardant, so that most physical properties of TPU materials can be well preserved.
- Due to GFR3002’s special surfactant property, it can work well with many types of organic and inorganic additives. GFR3002 added plastics are suitable for the auto-manufacturing of both extrusion and injection formulation applications.
