Characteristics
|

- GFR-GS04 is intumescent nitrogen-phosphorus
based flame retardant.
- Conform to RoHS environmental protection
laws and regulations.
- Small dosage of GS04 (around 10%~20%) sufficiently
achieves VW-1 requirement while most physical
properties and mechanical strength of the
plastic materials can be well preserved. The
unique nanometer inserting dispersion technology
(nano-inserted dispersion tech) demonstrates
the astonishing dispersion effect as transparent
materials can keep their original transparency
after processing.
- Good thermostability, suggested range of
processing temperature (160~190 ℃)
- Good industry utility (be able to meet different
requirement of flame-resistant grade V0, V1,
V2, VW-1)
- Close to PH value neutral (6~7), no negative
repel phenomenon with other assistants
- High weathering, water and oil resistance
- No black smoke or only small quantity of
smoke generated when burning

- Extremely high performance in polyester
TPU.
- Easily processed by ordinary equipment,
such as kneading machine or twin screws and
so on.

- The flame-resistant TPU still maintains
high mechanical strength and most physical

Suggestion |
|
- We suggest GFR-GS04 is used alone as the
flame retardant, so that most physical properties
of TPU can be well preserved.
- When mixing GFR-GS04 with the plastic material
by concurrent twin screw equipment, we suggest
the flame retardant should be added from the
side in order to achieve the best homogeneous
mixbility. The processing temperature cannot
be excessively high and the ordinary screw
rod configuration will be appropriate.
